Luv Rock's has a large assortment of Equestrian necklaces made by designers Beverly Zimmer, Renee Martig and Thomas Eimer.
Thomas Eimer equestrian and western jewelry artist revives the near lost art of horseshoe nail jewelry. Horseshoe nail jewelry is a very old craft dating back to the Celts and more recently, the Romany Gypsies. Celtic legend has it: if they were not kind of heart and pure in spirit the nails would straigten and pierce the hearts of the one that were untrue.
Lover of horses, dogs and life is the inspiration that Silver Pony Designs is based upon. Renee Martig began in 1995 and is located in the foothills of the Colorado Rocky Mountains. Original designs include: Spirit Horse Necklace featuring tuquoise nuggets and sterling silver horse medallion, Forever Friends necklace featuring two horse heads on a sterling silver medallion on leather necklace and Silver Fetish horse necklace to mention just a few. Everything is handmade in the USA using only the beast quality materials.
From the beginning of her career, the sport horse industry has been Beverly Zimmer's target. Her sculpture has been chosen above others to portray these athletic horses due to her understanding of their work. Since 1992, the artist has actively participated and frequently won awards in various juried art shows in Kentucky, Pennsylvania, Florida and New York. In 1995 the artist expanded into jewelry designing and custom bronze commissions. The Olympic committee commissioned the artist to create a sculpture for each of the members of the United States Equestrian Team as participation gifts. Beverly's sculptural quality in her jewelry designs is unparalleled.
